Return and Refund Policy

At Explicit Science, we stand behind the quality of our products and want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow the guidelines below for returns and refunds.

1. Returns If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unopened and unused product within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund. To initiate a return, please email us at help@explicitscience.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once we receive and approve your return request, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.

2. Refunds Once we receive your returned product, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us at help@explicitscience.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a refund or replacement.

3. Shipping You are responsible for the cost of shipping the returned product back to us. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping method and keep the tracking number for your records. We will not be responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

4. Exceptions We do not accept returns or refunds for products that have been opened or used. We also do not accept returns or refunds for sale items or special promotions.
